Program SA3 Joint Venture Fund


Lender	United States Lender
Security	First charge over Applicant's Project along with a corporate guarantee. Personal guarantees are not required.
Currency	Generally US Dollars
Term	By negotiation
Rate	LIBOR + 1.75%. Humanitarian projects will also be considered
Loan to Value Ratio	Up to 98% of cost/value. Borrower is required to deposit, in escrow, a minimum of US$2.5 million but preferably 2% of the requested loan sum.
Equity Requirements	Lender requires 20% equity in the Borrower's Project plus 2% brokerage fee deducted from the loan proceeds at closing.
