Program RI1 Lending Trust


Lender	European Fund
Term	Up to 10 years
Rate	Variable 5.5%, Fixed 6%
Loan to Value Ratio	Can be up to 100% of the cost/value. Applicant is required to deposit with the lending bank, under duel signatures, in cash, 10% of the loan sum at contract signing.
Equity Requirements	Fund will retain 30% equity in Applicant's project as security until the debt is repaid
Payments	Interest only for up to 3 years. Principal and interest payments apply thereafter
Early Commitment	Yes
